What is a Perl Monger?

A Perl Monger is a person that is interested in the Perl programming language in one way or another.  They range in skill and experience from someone who has never seen Perl code all the way to professional developers.

The Orlando Perl Mongers are Perl Mongers who happen to live in or around the Orlando, Fl. area that want to meet and share experiences from time to time.  There are Perl Monger groups all over the world.

How Can I Join Orlando Mongers?

Anyone can join Orlando Mongers!  All you have to do is join our mailing list and introduce yourself.  There are no membership fees or other special requirements.

Anyone is free to attend our meetings and anyone can present at our meetings on a Perl related topic if they choose.  Some of our meetings are entirely social and are usually at a local restaurant.
